Hi guys, I'm so sorry for the lack of posts but it's been a crazy few months...
Today I want to talk about happiness, how I achieved it and you can too.
At the end of last year I was probably the unhappiest I've been, I was in a bad relationship, I was stressing with university deadlines, I was struggling with my family relationships, stressing about where I was living back home, I was also having bad confidence issues as well as not feeling like myself anymore.
I have a very vivid memory of me sat at my desk in my room at university when I was feeling really down, thinking about all the toxic things in my life at that point that were causing me to feel this way and I decided that I was going to change it. I knew that if I wanted to be happy then a lot changes had to be made, it was tough, but I knew it was what needed to be done. Of course it took a little while and I have had a little luck on the way (like meeting certain people), but, I am proud of myself.
I don't want to go into too much detail into the changes I made or make this too personal, but the important thing is that I took control of my life and I turned it around. By January everything was different since then I'm the happiest I have ever been in my entire life.
I haven't gone into too much about myself because I want this post to be more about how you are in charge of your happiness and as much as you think you can't change it you can!
If you are in a bad relationship, end it. If you have family issues, talk about them. If your friends are being nasty, tell them. If you don't want to do something don't do it. It is possible to better your life
